Why Soccer & Sketches?
In Elementary School, my favorite times included soccer, recess and when I was allowed to draw and paint. Fast forward to Club & High School Varsity Soccer ... I use my artwork time to decompress and express my less "sports chaotic" side.
Mediums
I use acrylics and color pencils... But I've been expanding to different types of markers, water colors and adding in other mediums like crushed glass, spray paint, stones and shells. I have artwork in sketch pads, different sized canvases, on my bedroom walls....and sometimes old soccer gear finds it way into my designs!
Inspiration
Aside from practicing & playing soccer- I love swimming, the beach, reading- and creating new designs. My artwork is inspired by everything around me- and sometimes takes on a life of their own.
Now, I hope to save a bit for college and give back to my community at Special Pals Animal Shelter.
